Go for it. I know that it’s hard, because you think he likes another girl, but seriously, it’s probably either him trying to make you jealous, or because he couldn’t get with you. Firstly, the heart wants what the heart wants. But at the same time, you have to consider this other girls feelings, and imagine she was you. If this guy returns your feelings then you need to make sure he tells his girlfriend and ends it with her, otherwise things could get very messy.
